Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you take out a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose. We store your payment details securely and charge you for each delivery, unless you've paid in advance. Some subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel at any time.

You can change, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Raw Bean account. We also send a reminder before each renewal, so you always have time to make changes before we charge and pack your next order.

Because our coffee and tea are fresh food products, once an order has been processed and dispatched we're unable to cancel it or refund that delivery — we can't take opened or returned food back into stock for hygiene and food-safety reasons. If you'd like to skip or cancel a delivery, please do so before your renewal date.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If any order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll always put it right with a replacement or refund — just email info@rawbean.co.uk. See our returns policy for full details.
