Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your coffee. If something isn't right, get in touch at info@rawbean.co.uk and we'll sort it out.

Returns (change of mind)

Our return window is 30 days from delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. We'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because coffee and tea are fresh food products, we can't accept opened or part-used items back for hygiene and food-safety reasons, so opened bags, pods or boxes aren't eligible for a change-of-mind return. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty (see below).

Please don't send returns straight to the manufacturer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll always put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs. Email info@rawbean.co.uk within a reasonable time, ideally with a photo, and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. You never pay to return something that was our mistake.

Subscriptions

You can change, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Raw Bean account, and we send a reminder before each renewal so you have time to make changes before we charge and pack your next order.

Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched we can't cancel or refund that delivery, as we can't take fresh food back into stock once it has left us. To skip or cancel a delivery, please do so before your renewal date. If a delivery arrives faulty or damaged, the section above applies as normal.

Sale items

Sale items can't be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect sale items still apply in full.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 working days.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of sending the item back, and original delivery charges aren't refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it. For items over £35 we'd suggest a tracked service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive an untracked return. Return shipping is free, and paid by us, whenever an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your card company and bank, as there's often processing time before it appears. If you've done all that and still don't have it, email us at info@rawbean.co.uk.

None of the above affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
