Shipping Times and Policy

We aim to dispatch your order the same day for orders placed before noon (Mon-Fri) or next working day for PM and weekend orders. The duration between dispatch and delivery is in the hands of the selected carrier. Here are some guidelines on what to expect: 

Royal Mail Track 48 (£3.50 or free on orders over £25). With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver two to three working days from dispatch. 

Royal Mail Track 24 (£4.65). With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day from dispatch. 

Courier shipping is available by DPD (£9.99) and will usually arrive one working day from dispatch. 

With all shipping services, we will provide a tracking reference so your package can be followed to point of delivery at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item or https://track.dpd.co.uk/

We aim to keep our stock levels accurate, However, if for some unforeseen reason we run out of stock, dispatch could be delayed by up to fourteen days.

Please contact us on chat or at info@rawbean.co.uk if you have concerns about a delayed dispatch or delivery. Please note, Royal Mail will only investigate if the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus seven working days.
