    Are these good for bean-to-cup machines?
    Yes. Whole beans are exactly what bean-to-cup and espresso machines want. A medium-dark roast pulls a richer shot.
    How should I grind them?
    Fine for espresso, medium for filter, coarser for a cafetière. Only grind what you're about to drink.
