Where it comes from
You want to do the right thing and recycle your Perfect Pods but doing it by hand is a bit of a faff. We have the answer - The Upress Capsule Recycler! This device is designed to speed up the process of recycling your 100% Aluminium Raw Bean Perfect Pods.
Simply place the Pod over the hole in the base, cover with the lid and push down with a bit of force. This inverts the Pod, emptying the coffee grounds into the base and leaving the aluminium Pod on top.
Simply rinse and HEY PRESTO - pod ready to recycle. We like to save a few up and do them all at once - a very satisfying task! Bonus points if you perform the Cups (When I'm Gone) song at the same time.
Depending on your local authority, recycle kerbside with your home recycling or drop off at your Household Recycling Centre. We recommend crushing them together with other Pods to form a golf ball sized lump as small pieces of recycling get lost in sorting.
This nifty device is designed for use with 100% aluminium capsules, compatible with Original Line Nespresso machines, such as our Raw Bean Perfect Pods. It is not suitable for capsules made of other materials or Nespresso's Vertuo generation capsules.

How should I store my coffee?
