Is Raw Bean decaf really caffeine-free?
Just about. We use the Swiss Water Process, which takes out 99.9% of the caffeine while keeping the flavour and aroma, so it's about as close to caffeine-free as decaf gets.
Do you use chemicals to decaffeinate it?
No. The Swiss Water Process only uses water, temperature and time, so nothing but the caffeine is taken out.

Is UK delivery free?
Free UK delivery on orders over £25. We ship from stock we hold here, so it arrives quickly.
How should I store my coffee?
Somewhere cool, dark and airtight, out of the sun. It's at its best in the first few weeks after opening.
