Our Definitely Decaf Bean Bags are packed with 100% Arabica, single origin coffee from Quindío. This origin sits within the rural Paisa region of Colombia which is home to some of the best coffee growing conditions and most advanced coffee plantations in the world.
Some decaffeination methods can affect flavour, body and aroma so we chose the SWISS WATER PROCESS, a sustainable and 100% chemical free decaffeination method that uses water and the natural compounds in green coffee to gently remove caffeine whilst preserving the unique origin flavours, taste, and characteristics of the bean. This results in amazing proper coffee without the caffeine. It has a smooth, creamy body with notes of dark cocoa and walnuts and a subtle clean finish.
These pyramid-shaped Bean Bags are made from 100% renewable, plant-based materials and are fully compostable. The pyramid shape gives the coffee room to bloom and each bag is filled with 12g of speciality grade, Arabica coffee. That is 50% more coffee than the leading competitors and the perfect amount for a well extracted and balanced cup of coffee in just three minutes.
Whilst our retail Bean Bags are packed loose in bags of ten, these Bean Bags are individually wrapped in LDPE 4 envelopes, recyclable with your shopping bags at larger supermarkets.
