Following the popularity of our original Definitely Decaf coffees, we've created a whole "Definitely Decaf by Raw Bean" range with six exciting new single origins, all decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process.
Our Fairtrade Organic Peruvian Swiss Water decaf is sustainably grown by small producers in the Chanchamayo province, nestled at the heart of Peru. It's shade grown at high altitudes for a denser bean and more complex cup characteristics. It's honeycomb, malty, nutty and caramel notes, plus well balanced acidity and fantastic body recently won it a Great Taste award.
Omni-ground, ideal for a cafetiere, pour-over or filter coffee machine.

Some decaffeination methods can affect flavour, body and aroma, that’s why we use the Swiss Water® Process for the specialty coffees in our Definitely Decaffeinated range. This gentle process is 100% free of chemical solvents and preserves the unique characteristics of each of these single origins.

Is Raw Bean decaf really caffeine-free?
Our decaf is made with the Swiss Water® Process, which removes 99.9% of the caffeine — about as close to caffeine-free as decaf gets, while keeping the full flavour and aroma.
Are any chemicals used to decaffeinate it?
No. The Swiss Water® Process is 100% chemical-free — it uses only water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine, so nothing but the caffeine is taken away.

How should I store my coffee?

Recently been Tod to stop drinking tea and coffee by my urologist but trying this as missing my breakfast coffee. This is a good substitute so hopefully will be able to low enough amount of caffeine for me to continue without it affecting me.
