A single origin from Finca Aurora in Huatulco, on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. The trees grow at 1,110 to 1,250 masl in their own micro-climate, and the cherries are handpicked, pulped, fermented, then turned by hand and dried on raised beds in the sun. The roast is built to bring out warming spices, tangerine sweetness, a smooth body and a rich chocolate finish. It's full caffeine and fantastic with any milk, which lifts the body and the sweet caramelised finish.
