#RAWMoments: Our Top Mindfulness Apps

To fit with our March #RAWMoments campaign encouraging you to enjoy the little moments in life, we thought adding some mindfulness apps for you to try would be a good way to continue the theme. Mindfulness is widely talked about and something we believe fits in with the Raw Bean lifestyle and how we like to enjoy our coffee moments.

Taking a few minutes out of your day to enjoy a meditation session or a little calm is a great way to enjoy your coffee so here are our top picks:

Calm

The Calm app helps with anxiety and sleep too, offering a mix of stories read by calming voices to help you drift off into a complete state of relaxation. A free app to download and use, it also has some paid features if you want a bit extra. They also offer a sleep journal and other tools over on their website so why not download it and give it a try.

Headspace

Headspace is one of the leading apps in meditation and the cute graphics help you along your personal journey add a little fun to the process. Whether you're familiar with meditation or have never really experienced it, there is something for everyone, choosing your little time slots each day releasing the benefits as you go. See how many days you experience and let us know how you get on!

Aura

The simplicity of the Aura app makes inner calm so much easier to achieve. The personal touches within the app help you to relax are a classic touch which make all the difference. Log your journey with the inbuilt journal and enjoy the sounds of nature you can even sleep to. Which part of this app is your favourite feature?

It's a small step to becoming more mindful in daily life, but a big step for those of us that never really take time to wind down. Enjoy your coffee with one of these apps and let us know how you get on, tag your photos with @rawbeanltd on Instagram and use #RAWMoments so we can see!
