Ready to roast, organic and Fairtrade green beans from across the Guatemala coffee belt. Produced by Mayan smallholders under the umbrella of secondary coop Federación de Cooperativas Agrícolas de Productores de Café de Guatemala (FEDECOCAGUA).
Cup profile: As you grind, you get wonderful notes of milk chocolate and blueberry on the nose. Once infused, a dark chocolate and bonfire toffee aroma. Medium body and acidity with a red fruits flavour and a long fruity finish.
Available in bags of 250g, 500g or 1kg for home roasting. ROAST BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
FEDECOCAGUA is a secondary group containing 58 individual coops. The vast majority of the associates are small producers of Mayan origin. FEDECOCAGUA’s main objective is to bridge the gap between small producers with limited education and infrastructure to importers in consuming countries.
