Amongst various projects for improvement of coffee quality and the lives of coffee producers and their families, the cooperative have invested in a basic wet-mill infrastructure. Individual producers carefully harvest and sort cherries before depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee using their own micro-mills.
