These ready to roast, green beans come from the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra. The producer is cooperative Koptan Gayo Megah Berseri, formed of 713 smallholder farms, all of which follow fully organic practices. Since 2018 the cooperative have also held an export licence and process and export their beans directly to their buyers.

Cup profile: Once roasted and ground, this coffee offers aromas of dark chocolate, maple syrup and freshly mown grass. Once infused, the dark chocolate aromas are joined by caramel and flavours of black tea, dark red fruits and hints of liquorish. This coffee is well balanced with earthy tones and a full syrupy mouthfeel.
